Just looking for some names of after market stocks for savage. Bell and Carlsons have a pretty good reputation for quality and price.

First you need to figure out if you have the centerfeed or the staggered feed action.

Savage Arms

The staggered feed is the one that the mag box stays attached to the action when removed from the stock. If the mag stays in the stock it is a centerfeed. McMillan Manners HS Precision Boyds Richards Microfit Etc If you cantact Savage directly you can get the McM or the HS from the 10FCP.

Both of these require centerfeed detachable magazines.
